THE PROJECT BINDS ADULTS BETWEEN 25 AND 67 YEARS OLD, UNEMPLOYED OR JOBSEEKERS, WHO ARE EITHER UNEMPLOYED OR ARE LOOKING FOR FIRST JOBS, WHO ARE EITHER DOMICILED OR PERMANENTLY RESIDENT DOWNSTREAM. THIS MEANS THAT THEY INTEND TO ACQUIRE SKILLS AND CERTIFICATION THROUGH SPECIFIC TRAINING, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATION, SO THAT THEY CAN ENTER OR RE-ENTER THE LABOUR MARKET. THE TRAINING COURSES FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THESE SKILLS RELATE TO THE COMMON AREA AND WILL BE THE FOLLOWING: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (DURATION = 160 HOURS) — PAYING AGENT AND CONTRIBUTIONS (DURATION = 160 HOURS) — OFFICER AT TICKET AGENT (DURATION = 160 HOURS) — OFFICER CARRYING OUT ACTIVITIES ENTRUSTED TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES ASSIGNED TO HIM (DURATION = 160 HOURS).
