THE PROJECT AIMS TO DEVELOP SKILLS (SOFT SKILLS) TO MANAGE THE INTERNAL WORKING RELATIONS OF THE WORLD OF WORK BY WORKING ON TEAMWORK. THIS AIM IS TO DEVELOP THESE CAPACITIES BY PROVIDING PARTICIPANTS WITH THE TOOLS TO IMPROVE EMPATHY AND ABILITY FOR RELATIONSHIPS IN THE LIGHT OF THE CENTRAL IMPORTANCE THAT THESE TWO ASPECTS OF THESE TWO ASPECTS PLAY IN THE GROWTH OF ORGANISATIONS. THE INTERVENTIONS WILL HELP PEOPLE TO BECOME MORE ‘AWARE OF THEIR POTENTIAL AND EFFECTIVENESS IN THEIR RELATIONS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE, RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS, AND BE COSI MORE’ THAN EFFECTIVE JOB AND DAILY WORK.
