IN A POSITIVE SCENARIO FOR WINE PRODUCTION IN THE VENETO REGION, THERE APPEARS TO BE A NEED FOR COMPANIES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PROCESSES IN UNÂ TOWARDS A SENSE OF SUSTAINABILITY AND TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION ON BOTH THE LOCAL AND THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET. THE PROJECT STEMS FROM THE IDEA THAT THE SKILLS ADJUSTMENT IN THE WINE SECTOR DOES NOT ONLY CONCERN THE ABILITY TO PRODUCE WELL, BUT ALSO TO BETTER COMPETE AND SELL BETTER. IN THE COMPARISON WITH THE PROJECT PARTNER ENTERPRISES, THEREFORE, THERE WERE IDENTIFIED TRAINING NEEDS THAT LED TO THE DESIGN OF THE Â 'FROM THE VIGNA’S PROJECT TO THE WINE CELLAR, WHICH HAS BECOME SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION IN THE VITIVINICOIDITY SECTOR, WHICH WILL DEVELOP TRAINING ACTIVITIES IN THE THREE AREAS OF PROCESS INNOVATION, MARKETING STRATEGIES AND NEW MARKETS AND INTERNATIONALISATION.
