THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO SUPPORT LIFELONG LEARNING AT WORK AND TO MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN SERVICES, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN LTU UP TO A HIGH LEVEL AND TO MAINTAIN THE COMPETENCE OF THIS SECTOR, CREATING NEW SKILLS IN STAFF AND STRENGTHENING THE CURRENT SKILLS IN THE FIELDS OF ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, OF THE INTEGRATION OF IT SYSTEMS AND OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKING TEAMS. THE PROJECT SUPPORTS MUCH MORE THAN THE INCREASE IN HUMAN CAPITAL ON THE FARM, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SUBSTANTIAL ADDED VALUE FOR ITS CLIENTS.\ NL ¿ASPECT OF IMPROVEMENT OF THE TEAM WORKING, OF OPTIMISING PROCESSES AND RETRAINING OF WORKERS Ê LINKED, IN PARTICULAR, TO THE INSERTION OF 15 NEW ELEMENTS FROM 2017 ONWARDS, CORRESPONDING TO 65 % OF THE WORKING FORCE.
