THE AGRICULTURAL OPERATOR — AGRI-ENVIRONMENT OPERATOR CARRIES OUT THE VARIOUS CULTIVATION OPERATIONS WHICH RANGE FROM THE PREPARATION OF THE LAND FOR SOWING/TRANSPLANTING TO THE COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR POSSIBLE ON-FARM PROCESSING, ALSO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND RULES OF ORGANIC FARMING, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE FRUIT AND HORTICULTURE, WINE AND WITH A FOCUS ON THE CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING OF MEDICINAL PLANTS AND AROMATIC PLANTS. THE OPERATOR WITH THIS PROFILE HAS SPECIFIC EXPERTISE FOR THE BIOLOGICAL MANAGEMENT OF THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES IN THE PRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN ORGANIC (AND PROCESSED) FOOD THAT CAN BE CERTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION IN FORCE, WITH THE UTMOST ATTENTION BEING PAID TO THE LEVEL OF PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND CONSUMER HEALTH.
