SPECIAL PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES IN THE AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY

THE COURSE HAS A TOTAL DURATION OF 800 HOURS (480 HOURS OF HOUSE/LABORATORY TO CIVIFM OF CIVVIDALE AND 320 HOURS OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED ON HOLDINGS IN THE SECTOR THROUGHOUT THE REGION). THE REFERENCE PROFESSION IS A TECHNICAL ONE OF THE SPECIAL PRODUCTION IN THE AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY. THIS FIGURE IS AN EXPERT IN THE PRODUCTION OF AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON SPECIAL CUSTOMERS, NAMELY THOSE WHO, DUE TO MEDICAL, PARAMEDICAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES, ETHICAL AND RELIGIOUS CHOICES, NEED TO BE EMPLOYED ON A NON-CONVENTIONAL BASIS, WITH PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED NOT ONLY WITH SPECIFIC RAW MATERIALS, BUT ALSO WITH PROCEDURES FOR WORKING AND PROCESSES REQUIRING SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE. IN THE SPECIFIC CASE, THE PERSON WHO, HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VARIOUS FOOD ISSUES AND BEING AN EXPERT IN THE FORMULATION AND CHEMICAL COMBINATION OF THE FOODSTUFFS, Ê IS CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES IN THE HOLDING.
