Cosmology, gravity and dark sector of the universe

The CoGraDS project aims to answer key issues of cosmology, which are the essence of dark matter and dark energy, and the validity of Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity. These issues will be addressed by an international team of scientists from the newly established Central European Institute of Cosmology (CEICO) at the FZÚ. The project will allow technological advances in the field of photosensors with increased sensitivity in the red and infrared spectrum. It will also provide new knowledge of the physics of the beginnings and the evolution of the universe on both small and large scales. a.
