THE BAKERS AND PASTELS PROJECT PROVIDES FOR 2 TRAINING COURSES (L1 AND L3) TO BE DRAWN UP WITH AN ATTESTATION OF FREQUENCY AND QUALIFICATION, WITH A TOTAL NUMBER OF 26 YOUNG AND ADULT UNEMPLOYED PERSONS (WITH 20 % BEING RESERVED FOR PERSONS WITH DEPRIVATION OF PHYSICAL OR DISADVANTAGED PERSONS), AND TRAINING (L2) TRAINING COURSES (L) FOR 11 HOLDERS OF CRAFT FIRMS. THE PROFESSION TO BE TRAINED THROUGH THE L1 AND L3 PATHS MUST BE ABLE TO DELIVER MULTIPLE FRESH PRODUCTS FOR FRESH AND BAKERY PRODUCTS BY TAKING ACTION ON THE VARIOUS STAGES OF THE PROCESSING PROCESS USING SPECIFIC METHODOLOGIES AND TECHNOLOGIES. TRAINING L2 PROVIDES A ROUTE TO SUPPORT THE SPECIALIST AND TRANSVERSAL SKILLS OF THE OWNERS OF CRAFT BUSINESSES, INCLUDING THE PREPARATION OF HOSTING PUPILS IN STAGES.
