THE PROJECT ENVISAGED BY THIS PROPOSAL IS THE TECHNICAL UPDATE OF THE PROFESSIONAL STAFF CLASSIFIED IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES OF THE DIFFERENT ORGANISATIONAL POSTS IN THE COMPANY’S ORGANISATION CHART. THE COMPANY RECENTLY TOOK STEPS TO RECRUIT 6 PERMANENT STAFF AND 3 PERMANENT STAFF ON FIXED-TERM CONTRACTS. THESE RECRUITMENTS ARE TO BE SEEN AS PART OF A HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR THE EXPANSION OF EDUCATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR THE NEXT THREE YEARS.
