TITLE: TECHNICAL COURSE FOR THE CULTIVATION OF MEDICINAL HERBS: FROM THE PRODUCTION TO MARKETING OBJECTIVES, THE PROJECT ENTITLED ‘[T] HE TECHNIQUES FOR THE CULTIVATION OF MEDICINAL HERBS: FROM PRODUCTION TO MARKETING ‘’ STEMS FROM A SPECIFIC ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS OF THE LAND COMPANIES OPERATING IN THE PROVINCE OF ROME AND FROSINONE, WHICH REQUIRED TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT UPDATES CONCERNING THE CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING OF MEDICINAL HERBS INTO FINISHED PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY IN HERBAL TEAS AND INFUSIONS, TO BE PROPOSED IN TERMS OF COMPETITION ON THE LOCAL BUT ALSO ON THE NATIONAL MARKET. IT IS A GROWING SECTOR, IN VIEW OF THE INCREASE IN THE CONSUMPTION OF HERBAL TEAS, COSMETIC PRODUCTS, HOMEOPATHIC PRODUCTS (THE SOURCE OF COLDIRETTI). THERE IS THEREFORE A NEED TO CREATE A DEDICATED TRAINING PATHWAY TO IMPROVE ALL RELEVANT ASPECTS OF THE SVI.
