The subject of the ChemBioDrug project is top problem-oriented research aimed at developing new potential therapeutics of cancer, viral diseases and metabolic disorders based on the principle of specific inhibition of the so-called undruggable interactions of biomacromolecules, which classical medical chemistry does not reach. The prerequisite is the concentration of excellent capacities of the ÚOCHB (Centra) in the multidisciplinary project team, its further development, complementing key equipment and strengthening international research cooperation.
