The subject of the project is a system change to ensure access to R & D & I information resources in accordance with the National RIS3 strategies with the aim of increasing R & D & I performance by building the National Licensing Centre CzechELib. Combining know-how and concentrating funds will achieve greater efficiency in the acquisition and administration of the EIZ. In 2018-2020, the purchase of access to the EIZ will also be supported.
