THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO PROMOTE THE SUCCESS OF 174 PUPILS FROM THE IEFP SCHEMES WITH DISABILITIES, OR AT A DISADVANTAGE, BY ENSURING THEIR RIGHT TO EDUCATION AND TRAINING, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE REAL SOCIAL INCLUSION, IN THE EMPLOYMENT PERSPECTIVE OF THE EMPLOYMENT COMMUNITY AND IN THE CIVIL SOCIETY. THE GUIDING PRINCIPLE THAT CHARACTERISES THE OPERATIONAL PRACTICE OF THE PROPOSED MEASURES IS TO ENHANCE THE GROUP’S SIZE AS A KEY PLACE FOR LEARNING AND INDIVIDUAL GROWTH FROM DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES: EDUCATIONAL, TEACHING, RELATIONAL. SPECIFICALLY, THE MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED CAN BE SUMMARISED AS FOLLOWS: (1) CLASS WIDE PEER TUTORING AND PEER REVIEWED INTERVENTION, (2) STUDY METHOD, (3) LIFE AND SOCIAL PROTECTION TRAINING (4)
