THE PROJECT AIMS TO CREATE AN ICT PLATFORM TO TAKE CHARGE OF, SUPPORT DECISIONS AND PERSONALISED MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS UNDER HOUSE CARE (HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), WHO ARE SUFFERING SKIN LESIONS. BUILDING ON PROTOTYPING COMPONENTS, DEVELOPED BY THE INDUSTRIAL PARTNERS OF THE INITIATIVE, IT IS INTENDED TO DEVELOP AND INDUSTRIALISE AN INNOVATIVE AND DISTINCTIVE TOOL FOR THE INTELLIGENT CLASSIFICATION OF SKIN LESION (ICT), USING UNIVERSALLY RECOGNISED SCALES AND METHODS (E.G. STADIATION NPUAP/EPAP). FROM IMAGES/PHOTOS OF THE LESION, COLLECTED AT THE PATIENT’S HOME AND SENT TO THE HOME CARE MANAGEMENT STATION, ACCORDING TO A SPECIFIC PDTA (THERAPEUTIC CARE PATHWAY), USING THE INTEROPERABILITY STANDARDS, PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF THE SECTOR (E.G. HL7), THE ÃO TOOL TO CLASSIFY THE INJURY, SUPPORT THE DIAGNOSIS AND PERSONALISE THE THERAPEUTIC AND CARE PROCESS.
