THE PROJECT AIMS TO ACHIEVE A CLINICAL APPLICATION IN SUPPORT OF DECISIONS (NEUROREHAB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) FOR STROKE PATIENTS WHO SET UP NEURO-RABILITATION PATHWAYS IN THE ACUTE POST PHASE. THE AIM OF THIS INITIATIVE IS TO DEFINE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS AND THE USE OF REHABILITATION FACILITIES IN ORDER TO SIMPLIFY AND AUTOMATE THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE PATIENT AND ENABLE THE AFOREMENTIONED APPLICATIONS TO COOPERATE, IN AN ECOSYSTEM THAT SHOULD BE DEFINED. HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS WILL BE SUPPORTED IN TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENT, WILL BE ABLE TO AUTOMATICALLY CLASSIFY THE PATIENT’S STATE OF HEALTH/DISABILITY, ACTIVELY DURING THE REHABILITATION SESSIONS, WILL INTERACT EFFECTIVELY WITH REHABILITATION DEVICES/MONITORING TOOLS AND WILL RECEIVE SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS TO SUPPORT THE DECISIONS.
