THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO ESTABLISH A NEW SYSTEM OF HAZARDOUS FOOD PRODUCTS TO BE APPLIED TO THE FOOD PRODUCTS THAT THE ACCADIA BUSINESS IS INTENDED TO PLACE ON THE MARKET TO BE PROTECTED BY POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS THEREFORE TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM TO TRACE PRODUCTION PROCESSES FOR AGRI-FOOD PRODUCTS BASED ON THE APPLICATION OF SUITABLE IT AND IMAGING TECHNOLOGIES, WHICH WOULD MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO GUARANTEE THEIR ORIGIN IN CAMPANIA AND A SUITABLE PACKAGING AND LABELLING PROTECTING THE ECONOMIC INTERESTS AND THE IMAGE OF THE COUNTRY AND THE CONSUMER, AND ON THE BASIS OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK REGULATING THE MANUFACTURER’S OBLIGATIONS IN ORDER TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY FOR THE FINAL CONSUMER, THE PROJECT MAKES USE OF THE USE OF SPECIFIC ICTAS TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DEFINITION OF INNOVATIVE GAS PRODUCTION PROCESSES USED IN A PI FOR AN IP.
