THE RISSIS PROJECT — REGIONAL SCALE RISK MANAGEMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY — IS AN OBJECTIVE TO DEVELOP METHODOLOGIES, TECHNIQUES AND PROCEDURES FOR RISK ASSESSMENT AND THE SAFETY OF LARGE CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURE AND NETWORK OF GOODS AND SERVICE NETWORKS AND RESEARCH THEMES ARE ADDRESSED IN A MULTIDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE AN ANALISIOLISSTICA OF THE (NATURAL AND HUMAN) RISKS ON MAJOR CIVIL INFRASTRUCTURES AND, CONSEQUENTLY, THE DEVELOPMENT OF TARGETED TECHNIQUES AND APPLICATIONS NOT ONLY FOR MITIGATION AND RISK MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING THE SECURING OF LARGE-SCALE INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORKS. IN LINE WITH THIS APPROACH, GRISIS HAS THE OBJECTIVE TO DEVELOP NOT ONLY TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS FOR THE REDUCTION OF THE LAVULABILITY, BUT ALSO FOR THE UNITARY MANAGEMENT OF THE VARIOUS RISKS THAT MAY BE OF CONCERN TO CIVIL SOCIETIES.
