The general objective of the project is internationalisation and strengthening of MBÚ research. In the case of exit mobility, the project is aimed at supporting the professional development of start-up young researchers of the MBÚ through gaining new experience and practice abroad and supporting quality senior researchers of the MBÚ in their further professional growth. In the case of arrival mobility, the project focuses on the use of potential post-docs from abroad within the MBÚ and the transfer of foreign experience of quality senior researchers to the MBÚ.
