The main objective of the project is to support the professional growth of researchers at the University of Economics and the development of the University of Economics by strengthening human resources in research and development. This will strengthen the international dimension of research activities of the University of Economics and thus a shift towards a leading position in the field of managerial and economic research in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. The project will host a total of 10 mobility, of which 3 arrivals of post-docs to the Czech Republic, 5 departures of juniors from the Czech Republic and 2 departures of seniors from the Czech Republic.
