The aim of the project is to establish and implement international scientific cooperation through the creation of attractive jobs for prospective candidates from abroad and support the participation of scientific staff from the Institute at foreign renowned institutions. Exchanging experience and good practice, expanding and maintaining a range of knowledge, skills and skills of employees and networking with professional organisations internationally will ensure quality conditions for further development of excellent research at the IOCHB.
