The project of the National Institute of Mental Health (hereinafter NUDZ) is focused on the development of the capacities, knowledge and skills of the applicant’s managerial, research and other employees in the area of strategic management of research and development, as well as the setting and implementation of strategic management within the research organisation in accordance with the terms of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers and with the aim of obtaining the HR Award.
