WITHIN THE HOUSE, THE WHOLE OF THE KITCHEN IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE MOST ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, AND THE GROWING INDUSTRIAL FOCUS AND, ABOVE ALL, LEGISLATION TOWARDS THE SUSTAINABILITY OF HOUSEHOLDS, ARE FORCING THE LAST GENERATION KITCHENS TO BE SUSTAINABLE AND ESSENTIAL. SEVERAL STUDIES SHOW THAT THE FINAL CONSUMER WILL BE VERY MUCH MORE ATTRACTIVE, WITH A CHOICE OF ENERGY EFFICIENT HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES, WHICH MUST BE SAFE AND IMPLEMENTED WITH THE USE OF ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS. IN THIS REGARD, HIGH EFFICIENCY BURNERS ARE ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE PROPER COMBUSTION AND TO FACILITATE THE EXTRACTION OF POLLUTANTS BY THE FUME CUPBOARD. THE BAKING PLAN, ACCORDING TO E-FEOSTO, IS A GROUNDBRAKING FOR COOKING AS WELL AS THE TRANSITION FROM ECONOMIC KITCHENS TO THE ENCASHMENT PLAN.
