THE PROJECT IS BASED ON AND EXTENDS THE PURPOSES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE PROJECT DESCRIBED IN TWO EU AND INTERNATIONAL PATENTS, AND COMBINES AND CHANGES THE SHELF-LIFE AND SHOPPER ANALYTICS SYSTEMS OF GROTTINI LAB. THE PROJECT AIMS TO DEVELOP AND INTEGRATE A RANGE OF TOOLS THAT CAN ANALYSE WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE POINT OF SALE IN REAL TIME, BASED ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR AND REAL NEEDS. DEPENDING ON THIS INFORMATION, THE SYSTEM WILL THEN BE ABLE TO PROPOSE TAILOR-MADE, ADAPTED AND TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
