THERMOPLAY SPA, WITH THIS PROJECT, WANTS TO DEVELOP A NOZZLE AND A HOT CHANNEL SYSTEM FOR THE LATERAL INJECTION OF PLASTICS WITH TRIAXIAL COMPENSATION OF DIFFERENTIAL THERMAL EXPANSION. THIS INITIATIVE INCLUDES THE STUDY, THE PROTOTYPING AND THE RELATED ASSESSMENT OF THIS LANDSCAPE OF INNOVATIVE MOULDING, WHICH WILL REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION, IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE PRESS, INCREASE LTU ALSO BY REDUCING MAINTENANCE TIME AND NOZZLE CHANGE. THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROJECT IS THE LATERAL POSITIONING OF THE NOZZLES WITH A UNIQUE GEOMETRY OF ITS KIND. THE RESEARCH WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE STUDY OF INNOVATIVE MATERIALS, COATINGS AND CHOICE OF MECHANICAL WORK, AND THE SELECTION OF THE OPTIMAL WORK PARAMETERS TO MAKE THE DEMONSTRATION PROTOTYPES.
