THE PROJECT IS TO BE ASSISTED BY HIGH-END CONSULTANTS IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE BUSINESS REORGANISATION PHASE LINKED TO THE AMENDMENT OF THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY WITH WHICH IT BECOMES NEW PARTNERS TO REPLACE A FOUNDING MEMBER WHO HAS RESIGNED. AKHET IS UNDERGOING A MAJOR TRANSITION AS A RESULT OF CHANGES IN THE MARKET OF CULTURAL GOODS; IT THEREFORE DECIDED TO INVEST IN A GENERAL REORGANISATION OF ITS STRUCTURE AND AT THE SAME TIME TO WORK ON THE DEFINITION OF NEW STRATEGIES AND DEVELOPMENT LINES IN ORDER TO FAVOUR THE OPENING OF NEW BUSINESS AREAS IN ITALY AND ABROAD. THIS REORGANISATION HAS LED TO THE QUESTIONING OF PAST LEADERSHIP ROLES AND SOME CHOICES MADE IN THE PAST. THE PROCESS, WHICH WAS CARRIED OUT INTERNALLY WITHOUT THE HELP OF QUALIFIED CONSULTANTS, Ê LONG AND ARDUOUS AND IN PART HAS INFLUENCED THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATORS, CAUSING DISADVANTAGES FOR THE
