AS IS EVIDENT FROM THE WORK PACKAGES AND THE DELIVERABLES, STRUCTURE, RESTRUCTURING, SOUND AND SYSTEMATISATION OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY KNOWLEDGE AND GOOD PRACTICE, IN RELATION TO THE WINE AND OENOLOGICAL SCIENCES (IN PARTICULAR BIOLOGY, ORGANIC AND BIOCHEMICAL CHEMISTRY, AGRI-FOOD ECONOMY INSTITUTIONS, GENETICS, MICROBIOLOGY, PEDOLOGY AND SOIL CHEMISTRY, TO AGNO, AGRICULTURAL GRAPES AND TECHNOLOGY, AGRICULTURAL GRAPES AND WINE TECHNOLOGIES, AGRICULTURAL AND CROP DISEASES, WATER ENGINEERING, WASTE MANAGEMENT AND BIO-ENERGY). IT AIMS TO ACHIEVE SHARED IMPLEMENTATION AND VISIBILITY, INCLUDING OUTSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE WINE SECTOR, OF INNOVATIVE ‘SUSTAINABLE’ (ECOLOGICAL, MANAGERIAL AND ECONOMIC) PROTOCOLS.
