THE ARPA PROJECT, TARGETING 12 ENTITIES? WITH A VIEW TO OBTAINING A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, REFERRING TO THE MACROAREA OF TOURISM AND IN PARTICULAR CATERING, BOTH IN THE BAKERY AND PIZZERIA SERVICES AND IN THE MANUFACTURE OF CAKES. THE PROPOSED PATHWAY ISSUES THE QUALIFICATION FOR THE PROCESSING AND MARKETING OF BAKERY PRODUCTS (34) AND PROVIDES FOR THE ISSUING OF THE HACCP CERTIFICATE FOR COMPLEX FOOD ACTIVITIES AND FOR LOW RISK WORKERS IN THE WORKPLACE. IS AN ACTIVITY ALSO ENVISAGED? TO ACCOMPANY THE PATHWAY DEVELOPED IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH THE COMPANIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROJECT THAT HAVE DECLARED TO TAKE PART IN THE PROJECT, A NETWORK OF REPORTS CREATED BY THE IMPLEMENTING BODIES IS IN PLACE TO SUPPORT AND ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES SET.
