The project aims to strengthen the pedagogical competences of teachers of elementary and multi-annual grammar schools in natural sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, geography and cross-currency of polytechnical education and mathematics) through the interconnection of the pedagogical world of theoretical and practical Community-based practice, which will carry out 2 cycles of action research by emphasising the individual potential of each pupil. The project’s methodical outputs will take into account the needs of pupils gifted, intact and special needs.
