ART OF TASTE: BAKERY PRODUCTION OPERATOR — LINE 2

LINE 2, LASTING 40 HOURS, INCLUDES CRAFTSMEN WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR MEMBERSHIP TO THE PROJECT TO BE ADMITTED TO THE PROJECT ON THEIR OWN PREMISES. TRAINING FOR CRAFTSPEOPLE WILL BE REPEATED IN 3 GROUPS. THE CHOICE TO SPLIT INTO SMALL GROUPS WAS DICTATED BY METHODOLOGICAL NEEDS: IT IS CONSIDERED THAT MENTORING AND COACHING TECHNIQUES ARE BETTER PLACED IN SMALL GROUPS, BUT ALSO ORGANISATIONAL NEEDS, IN THIS WAY WILL BE EASY TO SCHEDULE THE MEETINGS IN A MANNER COMPATIBLE WITH THE WORK COMMITMENTS OF THE CRAFT WORKERS.
