Green industries clusters – stage 2

The feasibility study aims to investigate the possibilities for increasing profitability and growth in companies and regions, contributing to new jobs and increasing collaboration within the green industries. The target group of entrepreneurs are not primary producers. The feasibility study poses a number of questions that form the basis for the project’s objectives and activities. How to shape a cluster organisation that has the capacity to be responsible for the operation and development of the cluster? How does continued operations finance in the short and long term? What are the goals that will help ensure that the business lives up to the vision? What methods and forms of collaboration create creativity and innovation in companies? In which areas can GNK attract expertise at a higher level and how are new collaborations developed with research? What physical and/or digital activities and events can help to make the region’s unique conditions visible? What should be achieved in an implementation project?
