The project will lay a foundation for cooperation between regional organisations and networks in Eastern Sweden, leading to an increased pace in the transition to fossil-free travel and transport. The feasibility study will develop which issues are relevant to work with, what efforts each region is expected to contribute with, and how cooperation and knowledge transfer should take place, thus preparing and clarifying the conditions for implementation projects. In the feasibility study, the process will take place at two different organizational levels. A joint research-based part that creates a common platform and results in strategies and activities taking place on a good basis in terms of both the state of knowledge and the context of the world. The second part takes place by taking an overall approach to the issue where parallel work with the regional strategies within the regions can lead to a joint learning and exchange of experience that can speed up the transition to fossil-free travel and transport.
