The project is assessed according to the provisions of state aid regulations regarding cluster cooperation in accordance with Art 27 in GBER. The project is a collaborative project between Umeå University, Umeå Municipality, Sigma Industry East North AB, Västerbottens läns landsting, Tyréns AB, Orys Simulations AB, MSB – Swedish Agency for Social Protection and Beredskap, J&T strukturdesign AB, livhanken HB and Aptum AB. S&S Test Arena project’s overall goal is to make northern Sweden one of the EU-leading EU-leading regulations for research and development of products and services in the growing security tower. S&S Test Arena project’s specific project goal is to create an innovative and productive triple-helix environment for research and development in the security industry, especially aimed at products and services for practice and testing for a safer society. To achieve these goals, they must work with three sub-areas: 1. Innovative training environments and training services 2. Innovative aids test unit
