Energy services

The aim of the project is that more small and medium-sized companies will use energy services in their energy efficiency efforts. Projects will develop knowledge and work to stimulate the development of energy services adapted to the needs of small and medium-sized companies. The project will also increase knowledge and knowledge of energy services in the target group. The project will turn to both energy providers and suppliers of energy services. The Swedish Energy Agency has identified three obstacles that are deemed to be of particular importance to work with in order to achieve a functioning market for energy services; lack of knowledge, business models and trust. The project aims to reduce these barriers for small and medium-sized companies to increase their use of energy services and thus implement more energy efficiency measures. The Swedish Energy Agency will work together with the industry organisation Energy Efficiency Companies to reach a group of companies that they have not previously worked with; suppliers of energy services.
