Uppsala County Council is expanding a large renewable power production plant (sol cell plant). The support applicant, together with the county council, wants to apply for a project to create an open test bed infrastructure for decentralised energy production systems in connection with this with R & D funds. The infrastructure consists of “Energy Portal”, a network of sensors and measuring equipment that collects high-resolution data linked to energy production and energy use. The information, the open data, will be made available and will thereby contribute to the transition to a low-carbon economy by promoting the development of decentralised energy production and smart energy management in public property companies. The activities mean that you should see what kind of data needs to be entered, develop an actual Energy Portal, disseminate information about this etc. Regional business in the form of public real estate companies and SMEs that develop services and products due to the data produced in the project will be involved in the project. The portal’s content and interface will be tested against the target group, so they will participate in various ways such as seminars odyl in the project. Expected effects in the long term are that the project has contributed to the transition to a low-carbon economy in public property companies by promoting development products and services linked to decentralised energy systems.
