Vision Gender Academy for SME

Overall objectives, project goals and milestones Overall objectives for the feasibility study and subsequent implementation projects are to integrate gender and gender equality through applied research to increase innovation capacity of regional small and medium-sized enterprises and R & D intensity. The project’s work to achieve the project’s goals The pilot study will, together with 2-3 companies, test ideas on the methodology to be developed in the implementation project. Thereafter, an evaluation will be carried out in order to ensure that the methodology is designed based on the needs and conditions of the companies. The project’s activities The pilot study will primarily work on the development of methodology, Pilot testing of methodology, Dialogue with companies and Planning of implementation projects. Regional business sector participation in implementation In the feasibility study, the needs of companies must be investigated. In the feasibility study, 2-3 companies will participate in a pilot study to ensure that the implementation project is working on the right things in the right way. The project’s expected results and benefits at the end of the project period The project’s expected results are that jointly participating companies have created a platform for designing and initiating the planned implementation project. Expected long-term effects Expected long-term effects after the completion of the implementation project are reduced gender segregation on the regional labour market as well as increased innovation capacity and R & D intensity of the region’s SME.
