VISAM Arena

Industry, public sector, academia and society’s citizens share common interests in creating solutions that do not jeopardise future generations’ development. There is great value in social systems working together and achieving mutual learning with networking and interdisciplinary skills transfer. The region’s companies currently have no natural access to meeting places for innovation development in healthcare. The lack of structured contacts between companies, the public sector and research means that knowledge, innovative methods, services and technical solutions in healthcare do not reach companies and innovation developers. Almi Företagspartner, together with Jönköping University, Regionen and the municipalities, will form VISAM Arena, a meeting place both digitally and in real meetings. In the new innovation forum, the county’s resources will be utilised and ideas for care and care will be developed. VISAM stands for Welfare Technology, Innovation, Collaboration, Business and Medical Technology. The VISAM Arena project answers to RUS (regional development strategy) goal that Jönköping County will be a growth region and meeting place for creativity and creativity for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. Small and medium-sized companies will, in collaboration with healthcare, care and academia, contribute to increasing the county’s diversity, equality, non-discrimination, gender equality and improving public health and the environment.
