The overall goal of the project is that a large proportion of public and private actors in Uppsala, Stockholm, Västmanland, Södermanland, Örebro and Östergötland counties have achieved offensive goals of fossil freedom and are examples in the transition to achieving a fossil-independent vehicle fleet in 2030. The project goal is through improved collaboration and improved long-term exchange of knowledge between public actors, and between public, industry and research has shifted to a fossil-independent vehicle fleet in 2030 increased in Uppsala, Stockholm, Västmanland, Södermanland, Örebro and Östergötland counties. The goals should be achieved by having network meetings with many different actors and sectors, public, academia, industry and industry. It is also in this way that the business community will participate in the project. The project will also develop the collaboration platform, through, for example, external monitoring. The platform will also provide support and advice in the transition. In the long term, the project intends to create a platform for collaboration in terms of the transition to renewable alternatives in the transport sector and within this platform constitute support and resource for the region’s stakeholders in the transition work, which will, among other things, contribute to green regional growth.
