Jönköping County has a long tradition of subcontractors, often to larger companies. These larger companies will change their purchasing patterns for mainly two reasons, and they want to get closer to consumers and are therefore increasingly investigating the possibility of moving home production. The second reason is that consumers are more and more attracted to personal products where you get a more or less customised product. This will require much higher demands not only for production automation but also for an automation of the administration that both costs money but will grow as the products become more and more unique. Given that Jönköping County has the most subcontractors, these trends will be particularly visible in the county and affect many companies. This project aims to help our important subcontractors through a larger industrial digitisation project where the subcontractors affected early on find out what requirements will be set, on what possible solutions are needed and at the same time develop a scalable model for how the work can be spread after the project. The project is also part of the national programme DigiLyft
