The project will contribute to establishing a centre for Advanced Materials that is an identified area of strength in Östergötland. The center shall maintain a high national class and should be an attractive environment for corporate establishments. Sankt Kors Fastighets AB is the beneficiary and carries out the project in close collaboration with Region Östergötland, Linköping University, research institutes and industry. The project will establish an effective organisation, define the offering and strengthen the centre’s brand through strategic collaboration in a Triple Helix perspective. The project will also lay the foundation for the physical environment by supporting the establishment of new operations and developing a support system for start-ups. The implementation takes place systematically based on horizontal criteria and aims to change habitual values, norms and gender structures. After the end of the project, the center is intended to be pursued in another legal form under the brand IMA – Innovative Materials Arena.
