Region Skåne will, together with a broad partnership consisting of the County Administrative Board of Skåne, Region Blekinge, Malmö City, Energy Office Skåne, Environmental Vehicles Sweden and Sustainable Innovation carry out activities that accelerate the expansion of charging infrastructure and promote the transition of the business sector’s passenger car fleet to become fossil-free. The following sub-activities shall be carried out: —Change of companies’ vehicle fleet to fossil-free fuels, expected results are, among other things, that 40 companies with large fleets of vehicles have taken part in offering acceptance and knowledge-enhancing measures and the proportion of fossil-free vehicles in companies that have participated in the activity has increased from 6 % to 50 % – Expansion of charging infrastructure for normal charging, expected results is that a needs analysis in the real estate industry has been conducted and the report has been produced. Another result is that 100 properties in Skåne and Blekinge have been identified where tenants and residential owners need charging infrastructure. Electric taxis, expected results are that a market analysis has been carried out and an implementation plan for zero zones has been developed and that approximately 100 companies have joined the zero zone. —Platform for business and innovation development for fossil-free transport, expected result is that at least 10 products and service areas contribute to fossil-free vehicle fleets have been identified and at least 50 companies have been identified in Skåne and Blekinge that can further develop/implement products and services.
