Pilot study – Sustainable bioenergy

The bioenergy industry is an important area of strength in the Kronoberg Region, which could be better utilised for regional growth through an increased focus on innovation and collaboration. Nutrition expressions a strong desire for development, but a greater understanding of the conditions of nutrition is needed from a system perspective from users to raw materials and renewal through new actors in the industry. Within the industry it is described that there is no good support to drive innovation work in collaboration. At the same time, the industry is special with a mixture of actors regarding, for example, size, ownership and educational level. The feasibility study examines the conditions and opportunities for creating a nutritionally adapted innovation support for sustainable bioenergy.
