Beglobal 2.0

The overall objective of Beglobal 2.0 is to give small and medium-sized companies in Jönköping County the opportunity to increase their competitiveness, employment and international market shares. Companies will experience Europe as their home market. The project goal is to increase the proportion of regional companies that have sustainable growth in new markets. Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) together with Almi, Business Sweden, EKN and Science Park will deepen the work on internationalisation in the region’s companies and develop methods and collaborations between the organisations that streamline the work with companies that want to find new markets. The project will place great emphasis on individually adapted support and offer a coach who is trained in sustainable international business that follows the company continuously. The coach’s task is also to challenge and demonstrate new business opportunities and drive the process for a faster sustainable export investment. Companies will thus have the opportunity to integrate gender equality, environmental considerations and diversity in their internationalisation work. In the long term, Beglobal 2.0 will create better conditions for the region’s companies to accelerate the growth rate. The effects of the project will be deduced in the form of an increase in the turnover of the participating companies and in the number of employees. Furthermore, the project will be able to see a greater awareness of export and internationalisation among the region’s companies. In addition, the exchange of cooperation between export-promoting organisations will be strengthened.
