The transport sector, which is absolutely necessary for the functions and growth of society, is now heavily dependent on fossil fuels. Continued emissions of fossil greenhouse gases reinforce ongoing climate change, leading to unpredictable stress on society and economy. The goal of the project is that both urban and rural in Jönköping County, have access to a diversity of renewable and non-fossil fuel and charging alternatives where regional infrastructure, procurement and fuel production promotes the opportunities of businesses and, above all, small and medium-sized companies to work and develop. This will be achieved by: * Establish new and strengthen existing networks between public and private actors to achieve faster development of renewable and transport-efficient solutions through new working models, increased application of existing knowledge, and closer knowledge and experience exchange between networks. * Raise the target groups’ knowledge of alternatives to fossil-dependent transport and how their brands can be brought to the attractiveness and interest of customers, staff and citizens from a communication point of view. *Tanka renewable and recharge throughout the county. Increase the number of refuelling stations of all renewable fuels and increase the number of charging points across Jönköping County, both in urban and rural areas. *Public procurement is ahead with smart requirements and added value in Transport Purchases, while improving the ability of transport providers to deliver with renewable solutions. *In Jönköping County, increasing the conditions for circular and bio-based production of renewable fuels and the use of renewable electricity for charging and hydrogen production, linked to increased knowledge and expansion of energy storage as part of smart grids. The project period is 2019-01-01 to 2021-12-31.
