Local menu

The project is aimed at small and medium-sized restaurant companies in Bohuslän and Västra Skaraborg with the aim of profiling the sub-regional areas as areas with attractive restaurants with an increased profile of locally grown high quality food, which in turn leads to sustainable growth for the industry and the tourism industry. Local Menu will, through direct efforts in small and medium-sized restaurants, increase the range of locally produced foodstuffs in restaurants and increase their business development, create new structures for contacts between restaurants and local producers, and an increased public interest for restaurant visits linked to the local food culture. This will lead in the long term to make an area more culinaryly attractive in a sustainable way.
