Leadership and Entrepreno¿rship are keys fo¿r innovation and ha¿llbar tillva¿xt. In fo¿r studies at Linne¿universitetet a¿r 2015, leaders from all sectors expressed the need for an arena fo¿r gra¿NSOver-experiential exchange of experience and joint knowledge formation in the area of innovation-driven leadership/entrepreneurship. A sa¿dan arena is established with fo¿rpart in collaboration between academia and na¿ringsliv, in line with the regions’ o¿nskan on innovation, competence fo¿rjning, livla¿ngt la¿rande and ha¿llbar tillva¿xt. Creating this arena takes place in a ten-way perspective. After a first project period there is the foundation and in a second period the work will continue with a focus on active action. Managers, leaders, contractors and consultants participate together with researchers and students by providing experience, knowledge, fra¿gesta¿llningar, analysis of needs etc. The goal is that the region is characterised in the long term as innovative, profitable and growing, linked to Agenda 2030. The project aims to raise awareness of – and fo¿rsta¿else fo¿r – the importance of leadership and entrepreneurship fo¿r innovation and fo¿r to create attractive workplaces. Key is how innovation-driven leadership/entrepreneurship includes diversity in more than one respect and in concrete meetings with differences.
