Transnational Entrepreneurship and the importance of the site for art and culture

The aim of the project is the development of Mötesplats Pukeberg with a focus on business development in companies and actors in creative industries (art, culture and crafts). The development of relationships and exchanges of experience with Bornholm in Denmark will be developed to give Pukeberg and surrounding region actors inspiration and courage. The overall goal is that the project’s experiences and relationships with Bornholm are further developed within Lidlab 2.0, which is linked to the project goal Pukeberg as a growth driving arena. The main project Lidlabs aims to promote growth in SMEs, the development of the meeting place and the accessibility of new knowledge through innovation, technology, design and entrepreneurship. The transnational component gives Lidlab and Mötesplats Pukeberg new experiences and knowledge to increase business knowledge and collaborations. Through visits to each other, workshops both physically and digitally are provided for networking between companies in both countries. The University’s lecturers/researchers participate with knowledge (e.g. in the areas of marketing, business models, tourism), student participation and thesis, as well as links between researchers in the two countries. The result is increased insight among creative industries about the value of experience, knowledge and business opportunities as well as other ways of working. Integration in Lidlab 2.0 with the goal of growth.
