Pilot Bootcamp Pilot Bootcamp Circular Stockholm Region as Smart Urban Collaboration Contracting Market

The feasibility study will investigate the prerequisites for implementing a project that develops a circular single market in the metropolitan area with public procurement and Agenda 2030 as a driving force. An external analysis shall be carried out to obtain relevant policies and guidelines for circular transition, as well as experiences and concrete examples of collaboration in the value chain. The analysis takes place from a sustainability perspective, which involves highlighting possible consequences of policies, and experiences of collaboration, from a social, environmental and economic perspective. Meetings and interviews will be conducted with the actors to be mobilised and involved in the implementation project. In addition, there will be time spent on orientation in politics and practice in order to limit an implementation project to flows/functions of high relevance to the target group. There are several interesting projects and initiatives linked to circular procurement, but the collaboration in the value chain that will be required is not as noticed and identified. Within the CirEko network there are several members with experience and concrete examples of how they work with stakeholder collaboration within the framework of their business models. Collaboration characterises everyone who has a circular business model, but few have experience of collaboration with a public actor in their business model. The members of CirEko’s network who have such experience will be used as good examples in the work.
