SA 42799(2015/X) The subject of the contract is the development by the Scientific Unit for a microentrepreneur of FiLeClo Sp. z o.o. (Applicant) of a new product – a chemical compound, a derivative of salinomycin, with reduced double binding. Within the framework of the project, the FOUNDATION OF UNIVERSITY IM. ADAMA MICKIEWICZ IN POZNANIU, which was selected in the request for quotation, will carry out, inter alia, the following tasks: — develop a synthesis of salinomycin with reduced double binding. Identify a possible field of research and subject it to consultation with the Contracting Authority, with a particular focus on possible synthetic obstacles and the anticipated potential, both therapeutically and possible difficulties for potential followers. — perform synthesis and characterise at least 10 (ten) derivatives with reduced double binding and determine their activity and selectivity against cancer cell lines. The Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Authority a report on the performance of the task, specifying the physico-chemical properties of the derivatives obtained, including in particular their NMR spectrum. The Contractor shall identify the operational research fields and shall submit this to consultation with the Contracting Authority, with particular regard to possible synthetic obstacles and the expected potential, both therapeutically and possible difficulties for potential followers.
