The planned works include carrying out preparatory works, including removal from slopes and coastal areas of dividing reeds, lichens and grasses. The project also provides for demolition of reinforced concrete plates protecting the tomb and platforms for anglers before proceeding with the project, in order to re-use them. In order to increase flood safety, to prevent drought and to level water levels between the two parts of the reservoir, it was planned to overbuild the vents by connecting pipelines and the superstructure of the slopes with a stone overlay.
