The Public FreeWiFi Internet project for everyone in the city of Ciechanów aims to increase participation in access to the public internet network by installing 13 hotspots (8 rd and 5th) due to the elimination of territorial differences in high-speed broadband internet access. Public outlets will be installed in public spaces and in public buildings. Access to the internet will help to increase the use of available e-services for territorial and national areas.Localisation of points in the city of Ciechanów 06-400:1. Torus Science Park, ul. Płocka 34-1 external point, 2 internal points;2. Market hall, st. Henryk Sienkiewicza 75-1 external point, 2 internal points;3. John Paul II Square – 1 external point;4. Ciechanowski Centre for Cultural Education, ul. 17 January 56a, – 1 external point;5. Krubin swimming pool – 1 external point;6. Ciechanów City Hall, John Paul II Square 6-2 internal points;7. Ciechanów City Hall, ul. Water-based 1-2 internal points.All of the above mentioned above access points will meet the configuration indicated in point. 4 WiFi requirements (Annex 6 to the Rules of Procedure) i.e.:•Support the concurrent use of two bands (2.4 GHz – 5 GHz);•support cycle over 5 years;•Average time between failures (MTBF) of at least 5 years;• having a dedicated and centralised single management point for all access points within each network Public Internet for each;•IEEE 802.1x support; •compliant with IEEE 802.11ac Wave I standard;•support IEEE 802.11r;•operate IEEE 802.11k;•support IEEE 802.11v;•support at least 50 users at the same time without degradation of operation;•have at least 2x2 transmitters and receivers (MIMO multi-antenna system);•Compliance with Hotspot 2.0 (Wi-Fi Alliance Passpoint Certification Program).
